Fourth of July Celebrations Set for Friday
Florham Park will host the annual parade, picnic and fireworks.
The annual Fourth of July celebration returns to Florham Park on Friday.
The day will begin with a flag-raising ceremony at Firehouse No. 1 on Brooklake Road followed by a parade starting at Ridgedale Avenue and Brooklake Road at 9:30 a.m.
A family picnic with numerous activities will be held on the borough hall lawn and the Little Red Schoolhouse Museum will be open for visitors.
The fireworks display will begin at about 9 p.m. The rain date is Saturday.
East Hanover will also host a fireworks display at 9 p.m. Friday at Lurker Park.
