Easter Bunny Coming to Rose City
Chamber of Commerce sponsoring third annual Easter Fun Fest in April.
The Madison Chamber of Commerce is preparing to bring the Easter Bunny and plenty of candy and toy-filled Easter eggs to downtown businesses, with the third annual Easter Fun Fest on Saturday, April 16 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Children and their parents are encouraged to bring their Easter baskets inside participating downtown businesses and collect candy and toy-filled eggs. The event is free of charge.
Children can visit with the roaming Easter Bunny and enter to win a new bicycle donated by Peter Daniele of , 291 Main Street, and provided by the , 14 Kings Road.
The Chamber of Commerce will raffle off special gifts provided by Madison merchants. The gifts will be displayed on a table on Waverly Place staffed by Chamber volunteers. Information about the Chamber and its members will also be available at the tables.
“Here is another opportunity to support our local merchants and bring some holiday fun into our downtown.” said Chamber First Vice President Daniele of Rose City Collision.
Participating businesses will feature a special Easter egg sign and balloons on their doors.
