Ambulance Corps Collecting Items for Storm Victims

Mittens, blankets and baby formula among the items sought.

The Madison Volunteer Ambulance Corps, 29 Prosepect Street, is collecting donations for Hurricane Sandy victims in New Jersey from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, according to a flier posted on RoseNet.org.

Organizes said items should not be left unattended at other hours, and are only requesting items in this list:

  • Canned food
  • Clean blankets
  • Hats, mittens, gloves
  • Diapers (any size)
  • Baby formula

Madison Junior School also is collecting donations for storm victims.
