Morris County March for Babies to take place at Fairleigh Dickinson in Madison

On Sunday April 27, 2014 at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, New Jersey, hundreds of families and business leaders will join together in the March of Dimes annual March for Babies—the nation’s oldest walk fundraiser honoring babies born healthy and those who need help to survive and thrive. March for Babies is the March of Dimes signature fundraiser, which funds its ongoing work to help all babies get a healthy start in life.  More than 4 million babies were born in the United States last year and the March of Dimes helped each and every one through research, education, vaccines and breakthroughs.

Registration will begin at 8:00 am and the walk will start at 9:00 am. Fun activities for children will be available such as a bounce house, Home Depot crafts, and clowns. Youth singers from Mayo Performing Arts Center will perform – plus there will also be a visit from Batman and Batgirl.

WDHA will provide music for the day. There will also be massage therapists, giveaways and breakfast and lunch will be provided.
