Sunday, January 5th - Harp Ensemble Concert- Museum of Early Trades  & Crafts. Join musician Odarka Stockert as she gathers several of her fellow harpists, known as Harpantics, in one unbelievable afternoon of music.  Be swept away with the beauty of the ensemble’s sound.  Space is limited.  Pre-registration is strongly recommended.  Admission is $10 for Non-Members & $5 for Members.  Call 973-377-2982x14 for reservations. http://metc.org/

Monday, January 6th-Drop in Knitting Newcomers Welcome!-  Madison Public Library, 39 Keep Street Madison. Join us on Monday afternoons at 1:00 pm in the Local History Room for a couple of hours of knitting, crocheting, or whatever handcraft you enjoy. Tuesday, January 7th- HELP WITH YOUR TECH GADGETS! Madison Public Library, 39 Keep  Street Madison. Each Tuesday members of our staff will be available for one hour sessions to help you with your tech gadgets whether it’s the iPad, the Nook, the Kindle, computer questions, your cell phone….you name it. We will provide an hour of easy to understand instruction; all you have to do is bring your device with you.

Sessions will be available at 10:30 am, 11:30 am, 1:00, 2:00 pm, 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm , as well as 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm.  Reservations are required.  Register by calling (973)377-0722, Ext. 2.

 

Wednesday, January 8th- MACA ROUND TABLE MEETING. Nautilus Diner.

10 AM. Join the Madison Arts & Culture Alliance  for breakfast and to share/find out what is going on with area art and culture groups, artists, teachers, musicians and more.

Everyone is welcome. Let us know what you would like to learn, experience, hear, see and explore. Support the arts, artists, historians and educators. Each Wednesday morning.
