FREE CLASSES
Everyone is welcome at the Studio Yoga Annual Open House. There will be a wide variety of free mini-classes (Zumba, Pilates, Tai Chi, and more) and performances for children, teens, and adults. The highlight of the day will be a Belly Dance performance. In addition, there will be refreshments and raffles for free classes. For a small fee, threading and henna tattoos will also be available.

More About Studio Yoga
This local yoga studio features a retail shop, two mirrored studios and instructors from India and England. The studio opened in 1983 and teaches gentle, men's, plus size, prenatal and restorative classes. Non-yoga classes include meditation, zumba, capoeira, belly dance, Tai Chi, hooping and pilates.
