I'm confused to why my aunt who barely can speak English had to pay $1700 for two police officers for blocking up a road besides her residence. The company who was working on the underground water pipes outside her house, demanded that she needs to pay both officers for their services. They said the officers get paid $57 an hour. Is this legit or what? Somebody please reply to this because I have never heard of such a thing.
