Teen Charged With Punching Male

The following arrest information was supplied by the Madison Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

An 18-year-old Madison man was arrested Friday on an aggravated assault charge for allegedly punching a male who suffered injuries to his face, police said.

Anthony Albanese was arrested by Detective Sean Plumstead and charged with the alleged assault, according to a news release. Police said Albanese allegedly punched the male with his fist.

Patrolman Kevin Boone initially responded to the reported assault on South Street at 12:55 a.m.

The alleged victim was taken to Morristown Medical Center, where he was treated and released, police said.

Albanese turned himself in at police headquarters, where he was processed and released on $5,000 bail, police said.
