Chamber Honors Madison Businesses

Carmine Toto Jr. is first Hall of Fame inductee.

The held its Annual Awards Dinner on Tuesday evening at the Hamilton Park Hotel & Conference Center.

Awards included the Jack Morris Memorial Scholarship Award, Business Improvement Awards, Community Service Awards, the Extra Mile Award and this year, for the first time, the Hall of Fame Award. 

The scholarship award, given to graduating students who plan to continue their higher education in the field of commerce and are chosen based on their personal achievement, letters of reference and academic performance, was presented to Philip Duffy, Nicole Iannarone and Siobhan McCulloch.

The Chamber presented the Hall of Fame Award this year to Carmine Toto Jr. of .

Also honored were and of Upholstery Plus, who were chosen by the community to receive the Extra Mile Award for outstanding customer service.

Outgoing Chamber president John Morris welcomed attendees, incoming President Ken Toumey presented the Business Improvement Awards and Chamber Executive Director Karen Meyer presented the Extra Mile Award.
