At the meeting of the Madison Borough Council on Monday, September 10^th, the Mayor and Council presented Adult School President Dr. Vic Schumacher (of Madison) and Board member Clare Sievers (of Madison) with a proclamation in honor of the Adult School’s 75^th Anniversary.
