friends at upcoming spring celebrations by learning how to make Cake Pops with the nonprofit Adult School of the Chathams, Madison and Florham Park. Register now to learn what the food on a stick craze is all about. The one session class will be held on Friday, March 16, 2012 from 10AM – 1PM at the Madison Elks Lodge, 192 Main Street, Madison. The cost is $45.00 per person plus a $10.00 registration fee.

Craze, Nicole Friday, Nicole will teach students how to make cute cakey lollipops - each a scrumptious combination of crumbled cake and creamy frosting
dipped in candy coating. Nicole is the 2010 Macy’s Battle of the Cupcakes winner and she regularly showcases her culinary talents at Williams-Sonoma, Whole

cooking classes being offered this spring. The nonprofit Adult School is also offering a wide variety of classes this spring in diverse subject areas. Hundreds of online classes are also available. Many new classes are starting in late March, April and May.
In 2012 The Adult School is celebrating its 75th anniversary. The Adult School was one of the first independent, nonprofit community education
organizations founded in the State of New Jersey in 1937. The school strives to meet the needs of the community it serves and is one of the few lifelong learning programs in New Jersey that receives no government funding.
All costs are financed by tuition fees and donations. Students of any race, nationality and ethnic origin are welcome. There is no residence
requirement.
